At Matt’s Produce. We agree to not do anything with the information you provide to us that we would not want done to ourselves. That is, we won’t give or sell your contact information or identifiable order information to anyone outside of Matt’s Produce.

Matt’s Produce online Farm Market is to be used as a means of reaching out to customers and/or potential customers. We are currently unable to accept debit/credit cards. This may change in the future. Prices and product availability can change.
We do our best to ensure the quality of our fruits and vegetables. Orders are all subject to weather events. There will be times when some items may not always be available for pick up at the time orders are placed. Orders must be placed at least one day in advance to pick up. It is strongly advisable to inquire about product availability before ordering. Some items/orders may take more than a day to get them picked.
Orders must be placed by 7:00AM at least one day in advance to picking up at the farm. For orders with pick up dates exceeding 3 days please ask us for availability. It is important to specify pick up time. Choose either the morning time slot or the afternoon time slot unless other arrangements have been made and confirmed with us. In the event of natural causes, we reserve the right to postpone an order or in rare cases terminate the order. Orders not picked up at the scheduled time will not be held and will be sold at the farm stand unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed by us. We understand life can get in the way. Orders will no longer be kept where other customers have access to them. You will need to ask someone to retrieve your order. You are responsible for bringing containers. We will not provide container(s) of any kind except for bags. ANY Empty baskets, tubs, pails, boxes and/or crates, of any type, are NOT for customer use.
We only sell fruits and vegetables grown on our farm. Your responsibility is to learn about those products and decide whether they are safe for their intended use or consumption.
By using this site you acknowledge these Terms of Use and agree to hold Matt's Produce, located in Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin harmless for any consequences resulting from the use of this site or consequences of buying and using or consuming any products listed on the site.
